These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Apex Soccer Academy website at apexcup.net and your participation in any events organized by Apex Soccer Academy, including the Apex Cup 2026. By accessing this website or registering for any event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or submitting a registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a team or institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Participation in Apex Soccer Academy events is open to registered teams and student athletes who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each event. Apex Soccer Academy reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant found to be ineligible.

3. Registration

All team registrations must be completed through the official registration portal at apexcup.net. Registrations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Apex Soccer Academy. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee participation.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants, coaches, team officials, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves with respect and sportsmanship at all times. Apex Soccer Academy reserves the right to remove any individual from an event for misconduct, without refund.

5. Media and Publicity

By participating in any Apex Soccer Academy event, participants and their guardians (where applicable) grant Apex Soccer Academy the right to use photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the event for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including on the website and social media channels.

6. Liability

Apex Soccer Academy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by participants, coaches, officials, or spectators in connection with any event. Participation is at the individual's own risk. All participants are required to carry appropriate personal and medical insurance.

7. Changes to Terms

Apex Soccer Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or participation in events following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Apex Soccer Academy is committed to transparency regarding all fees and payments. Please read this policy carefully before completing any registration or ticket purchase.

A. Team Registration Fees

1. Registration Fees

All registration fees must be paid in full to secure a team's place in any Apex Soccer Academy event. Fees are outlined during the registration process and confirmed in writing upon successful registration.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@apexsocceracademy.org. The following schedule applies:

• Requests received more than 60 days before the event date: 75% refund
• Requests received between 30 and 60 days before the event date: 50% refund
• Requests received less than 30 days before the event date: No refund

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Any administrative or processing fees applied at the time of payment are non-refundable under all circumstances.

B. Spectator Tickets

4. General Ticket Purchases

• Requests received more than 30 days before the event: Full refund, less any processing fees
• Requests received 14–30 days before the event: 50% refund
• Requests received less than 14 days before the event: No refund

5. Ticket Transfers

Spectator tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual at no additional charge by notifying us at info@apexsocceracademy.org with the new attendee's details at least 48 hours before the event.

6. No-Show Policy

Spectators who do not attend the event without prior notice are not entitled to a refund.

C. Event-Wide Provisions

7. Event Cancellation by Apex Soccer Academy

If Apex Soccer Academy cancels an event for any reason, all registered teams and ticketed spectators will receive a full refund of fees paid. Apex Soccer Academy shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred, including travel or accommodation expenses.

8. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed, team registrations and spectator tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. Individuals unable to attend the new date may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement, subject to the schedules above.

9. Force Majeure

In cases of cancellation or postponement caused by circumstances beyond Apex Soccer Academy's reasonable control — including natural disasters, government directives, or public health emergencies — refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and communicated to all affected parties in good faith.

A. Team Cancellations

1. Cancellation by a Registered Team

A registered team may cancel their participation by submitting a written request to info@apexsocceracademy.org. Cancellations are subject to the refund schedule in Section A of the Refund Policy above.

2. Cancellation by Apex Soccer Academy

Apex Soccer Academy reserves the right to cancel a team's registration under the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete payment by the stated deadline
• Failure to submit required documentation by the stated deadline
• Violation of the Code of Conduct prior to or during the event
• Discovery of false or misleading information in the registration submission

Where cancellation is due to non-payment or missing documentation, Apex Soccer Academy will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before cancellation is finalized.

3. Waitlist

If a team registration is cancelled, the vacated spot may be offered to a team on the waitlist at Apex Soccer Academy's discretion.

B. Spectator Ticket Cancellations

4. Cancellation by a Spectator

Spectators may cancel their ticket purchase by submitting a written request to info@apexsocceracademy.org. Cancellations are subject to the refund schedule in Section B of the Refund Policy above.

5. Ticket Transfer as an Alternative

Before cancelling, spectators are encouraged to consider transferring their ticket to another attendee. Transfers are free of charge and can be arranged by contacting info@apexsocceracademy.org at least 48 hours before the event.

6. Cancellation of Spectator Access by Apex Soccer Academy

Apex Soccer Academy reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any spectator from the event premises for the following reasons:

• Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior toward players, officials, staff, or other spectators
• Failure to comply with venue rules or safety guidelines
• Possession of prohibited items on event premises

Spectators removed for misconduct will not be entitled to a refund. Apex Soccer Academy's decision in such matters is final.

C. Event-Wide Cancellations

7. Cancellation of the Event

If the entire event is cancelled by Apex Soccer Academy, all teams and ticketed spectators will be notified promptly and refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy. Apex Soccer Academy shall not be responsible for any incidental expenses such as travel, accommodation, or related costs.

By registering for and participating in any Apex Soccer Academy event, participants, coaches, and team officials consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded during the event. This media may be used by Apex Soccer Academy for promotional, educational, and journalistic purposes across digital and print channels, including the official website, social media, and press coverage.

For participants under the age of 18, consent is granted by the parent or legal guardian who completes the registration on behalf of the player. If you wish to opt out or restrict the use of a minor's image, please submit a written request to info@apexsocceracademy.org at least 14 days before the event.
